​In early 2019, J.Gill and Company was hired to perform miscellaneous concrete floor, beam, column, and wall repairs at the Union Square Condominium in downtown Chicago. New supplemental drains were installed and a vehicular traffic-bearing waterproof membrane coating was installed for added longevity and protection of the parking structure. This project was completed in June of 2019.
