​​​J.Gill and Company was hired to perform miscellaneous concrete slab & ceiling repairs the rehabilitation project at 1926 W. Harrison St. in Chicago. This 17-story structure (formerly the Medical Center Apartments) will become the new Atrio Apartments. The outside concrete columns of the structure required extensive concrete repairs, as well as, epoxy crack injection at various locations. The elevated slab over the basement level experience significant deterioration, and in some areas required full replacement. J.Gill also provided concrete in-fills on all 17 floors for many of the old abandoned HVAC and plumbing penetrations as the new mechanical and HVAC was installed throughout the building.
