Project: 1410 N. State Parkway Condominium (Chicago, IL)
J.Gill and Company was hired to perform concrete floor and ceiling repairs to the parking structure located at the 1410 N. State Parkway Condominium. After the structural repairs were completed, the floor surfaces received a traffic bearing polyurethane waterproofing membrane. An epoxy & silica sand overlay was applied to the on-grade basement level of the parking garage. J.Gill also performed a curb replacement at the condo front entry using colored concrete. This project was completed in the summer of 2019.
